Bentley Systems, Incorporated Declares Third Quarter 2022 Dividend | Company

EXTON, Pa.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–August 29, 2022–

Bentley Systems, Incorporated (Nasdaq: BSY), the infrastructure engineering software company, today announced that its board of directors has declared a dividend of $0.03 per share for the third quarter of 2022. The cash dividend is payable on September 14, 2022 to all registered shareholders of common stock Class A and Class B at the close of business on September 8, 2022.
