Meridian Compensation Partners appoints three new partners effective January 1, 2022
LAKE FOREST, Illinois – (COMMERCIAL THREAD) – Each year, Meridian assesses candidate partners based on a wide range of important criteria covering personal suitability, exceptional customer service and advisory skills, financial contributions and personal values. Recently, Meridian partners voted to recognize three senior consultants who exceeded these criteria by inviting them to join the partnership.
Georges paulin has served many of America’s largest and most valuable public and private companies in an exemplary executive compensation advisory career spanning more than three decades. George joined Meridian as chief executive earlier in 2021. George is regularly named to the NACD list of the 100 Most Influential People in Corporate Governance, has testified before Congress on executive compensation matters, is appeared on CNBC and other business media, and has contributed to numerous publications on directors and businesses. Prior to joining Meridian, George worked for another large executive compensation consulting firm, successively serving as President, CEO and Chairman of the Board.
David bixby has nearly 25 years of experience in compensation consulting, with a focus on the evaluation and design of executive and director compensation programs, compensation and performance alignment, and corporate governance . David has built an impressive portfolio of clients at the board level with a focus on energy, oil and gas companies. He has spoken and written frequently on matters related to executive compensation and is a member of the advisory services of the board of directors of NACD.
Dan Kaufman has nearly two decades of executive compensation and corporate governance experience both as a consultant and in corporate leadership. Dan’s expertise includes competitive benchmarking, designing short and long term incentive plans, compensation and performance alignment, compensation disclosure and technical issues. He has built a solid portfolio of clients ranging from S&P 500 companies to pre-IPO startups. Dan is a frequent speaker and writer on executive compensation trends and developments and is a leader of Meridian’s retail and financial services teams.
